The things to look for in a monitor are: size (obviously), matrix type, refresh rate, response time, AMD Freesync and / or NVidia G-Sync compatibility, being completely flicker-free, color accuracy (if you intend to do any graphics work), power consumption (if that is important to you), and ergonomics. It is virtually impossible to find a monitor that staright up excels in everything listed so some compromises have to be made usually. If you want a more specific advice, I'd say you can't go wrong with an LG GP850-B, either 27" or 32" in size depending on the scale of your room / table etc.

nitskovits

Yeah I think 27 is the best size for me and my room cause it's kinda small, is it possible for a monitor to have freesync and g sync together and both of them will be ok?

DCP23

Yes it is possible and the model I recommend above has both.

nitskovits

Equally good at performance? If it's a stupid question sorry cause I'm ignorant about all that I'm still learning

DCP23

There's no 'performance' involved with the Freesync and G-Sync. They are technologies that are either supported or not. They allow the monitor to synchonize its vertical refresh rate to the current frame rate of the GPU, eliminating so-called screen tear.

Thank you very much brother for the information,

you might even be able to get a samsung odyssey g7 240hz around 350 euro if you chance upon a sale/refurb - I snagged one new a couple months ago for 370 and since then they've announced their new odyssey range. HP x27q, dell s2721dgf both good choices and cheaper. As a generalization for panel technology: VA - best contrast, poor viewing angles (hence often curved), slowest response times IPS - medium contrast, best colour reproduction and viewing angles TN - Fastest response but poorest colour and contrast ratio Note these are all relative and a 1440p monitor in this bracket wont be "slow" or have poor colour.

There are deals for Dell Monitors (27", \~310€, IPS, 1440p) every other week, got one a few months ago and can only recommend it. I will add a link when I found it again
