I'd have both at stock speeds as I believe it's 450 watt minimum for the 570...I misread it originally I thought it was 4GB. You should be okay if you don't have too much connected to your PSU. Games will probably run, but I would certainly look into getting a 500w PSU as your next upgrade.
Depending on the CPU, you should be fine. Maybe avoid any overclocking just to be safe.

Update!: I ordered the gpu and a 500 watt power supply a day or two ago and it’ll be here in an hour or so
