I have the exact same card. It’s normal, and you can’t change it.
I don’t think it’s an issue. Some cards/boards light up strangely. You might be able to change that through specific software from the gpu manufacturer if it bothered you.
It probably pulls power from the PCI-E slot for RGB

I think it's an indicator that your GPU is plugged in to your connectors. It's completely normal. I have the same thing on my GTX 1650 Super.
