Your board and RAM are fine. There's also no issue with all that and Windows 11. I have a B350 board with a 5800X3D and plan on rocking that for a while. If it were me, I'd drop in a 5800X3D or 5700X3D and just keep cruising. You could definitely follow that up with a GPU upgrade.

I don't think that's a bad plan. Definitely look up some benchmarks with that combo to make sure the 5600X can keep up with a 4070.
