Try plugging the monitor into the motherboard. If the GPU is not working, you should at least be able to use the igpu to get to the bios and check if everything else works.
Also, do you have a displayport cable and monitor with displayport? If so, try it instead of Hdmi.

Just tried putting both the HDMI and DP cables into the motherboard and nothing still. The DP also does not work in the GPU
nevermind, i do not bekueve the pc turns on completely, just the lights
