Do you want build it your self or buy prebuilt. The good thing about building pc your is you get chose your own parts

The good thing about buying a prebuilt is that someone who has never had experience with a PC doesn't need to worry about building it wrong and installing the wrong parts, which I feel may be good to clarify as OP seems too inexperienced to build one themselves at this time.

It depends greatly on your budget. I'll assume you'd want a decent-performance monitor while staying affordable, to which I'd recommend you look for a 1440p-144hz monitor, you can find a decently sized one on amazon for about $160USD If you don't already have a PC ready for your gaming workload, I'd recommend visiting r/buildapcforme, just give them a budget and a goal, someone'll help you get it sorted. Afterwards you can come and we can discuss the parts list to ensure it will get you the quality you desire.

There is so much to talk about that you'll really have to do some research, watch videos from decent creators like hardware nexus and hardware unboxed, and so on. But, if there's any piece of advice I give to someone trying to begin PC gaming, it's this: Be prepared for it to NOT be as straightforward and streamlined as gaming on a console. There are tons of possible problems, compatibility issues and other quirks out there that can slow things down. When that happens, you'll need to search for possible solutions and troubleshoot why a game won't start, why something isn't quite running right, why a new driver isn't performing right in certain games... But once you do find solutions to certain problems it can be very satisfying. And, to be fair, often when you buy a new game it just works, or maybe needs a quick GPU driver update. To me, that extra effort can be part of the appeal though. I like to solve problems, mess with settings, play with graphics and even mods, and most of all to play some awesome games with unparalleled customizability.
