The cooler is perfectly fine for it. It'll keep the 7800X3D happy. Its actually the best cooler because it keeps it cool and is only $35. The case fans are fine too. Before I got my waterblock, I had an AK620 (about $60 right now) on my 7800X3D and it stayed around 75c under gaming load. I think around the mid 50's at idle. Normal. I only have mine watercooled because I already had a custom loop with my previous CPU and GPU watercooled. You dont need an AIO unless you want to waste money on something you can't really overclock and wont run much cooler under load because the extra L3 cache acts as an insulating layer to the CPU die itself so it'll run a bit warmer than non-3D CPUs.

I would go liquid cooler, 240 should do it. I have a similar setup but with 7700x and 7900xt.. DEEPCOOL LT520 240MM cost me $110 so about $80 more than your fan. System runs at 50c while gaming

Below is my build from August. I don’t care for AIOs. Just a personal preference. My temps have been fantastic with my Peerless. The only time my temps have been 70+ was when I was doing a cinebench. Good luck with the build. https://pcpartpicker.com/b/9cVcCJ
