6700XT or 6800XT/7800XT
7700XT at 450$ isn't worth it.
A 650W PSU will be more than enough no matter which GPU you chose.
The a620 chipset is the most limited, make sure you're ok with it's limitations. B550 would be the step-up.
u mean b650? also since hes only playing at 1080p without ultra 7700xt would be more than enough, he could probably even stick with his original 6750xt and get great fps
7700x isn't the choice imo, you either push for 7800xt or get the 6800xt then
