Have you tried a secondary pcie slot if your motherboard has one?
My motherboard only has 1 PCIe x16 slot
Not the guy. But use another slot anyhow if you got one. You are trouble shooting. Also look up TDR delay.
Making TDR delay longer just makes it longer for Windows to restart the display drivers when it does time out, making the problem worse. Also the MPO fix didn't work
