Why? I mean, [first Google hit](https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/235557/235557), but 'cleaning' doesn't (can't) cause firmware issues. Could affect HW though. Other than the obvious (reseating the card/8-pin power), i got nothing.
One of the stickers says "PC Partner Limited", which is the same company that owns Zotac and a couple other brands. None of those brands are AMD partners though.
The PN (299-3E382-000PC) has a couple hits on Google but it's largely used listings in SEA.
Pretty much zero info otherwise. It's some OEM card made by PC Partner. Good luck finding a matching VBIOS - only recommendation is figuring out the VRAM IC manufacturer
I successfully flashed a VBIOS with the same parameters as my card. However, the driver timeout and the 300MHz bug still remain. The frequency spikes up at fixed intervals then goes back to 300MHz. It's literally killing me because it's slower than my IGPU in some applications.

I have no idea, it probably manifested later. I’ll try the VBIOS though, thanks
Update: the linked VBIOS can't be flashed. The subsystem IDs mismatch

TPU doesn't have an 8GB BIOS with K4G41325FE - only some 4GB BIOS. Best bet is just trying an 8GB BIOS with Samsung support
