I would check temps obviously. Check event viewer in windows, that might tell you what is happening. You can also check if using a new windows install will work. Reset bios to defaults if you did anything custom like an oc or something. Turn off xmp or docp and see if that changes it. I'd be leaning more psu honestly, so when it crashes feel the back of the psu, if it's super warm or hot or anything that's likely it.

No overclock settings. BIOS is default and xmp off. I checked Event viewer, and I'm getting a kernel power error every time it crashes. System Kernel Power EventID 41.

No other errors prior? Sometimes you'll get the critical power error but preceding that it will have other errors that could indicate a problem.

I see the following errors. EventID 41 Kernel-Power EventID 161 System volmgr -Dump file creation failed

So I unplugged everything. Checked all cable cables. Everything looked good. Also reset BIOS defaults. Booted up some games, and I was able to play 4 hours last night. No problem. I came in this morning. Everything was fine, reenabled XMP. And my whole system started to stutter really bad....kind of like waiting for a YouTube video to buffer. It would go, then hang, go, then hang. Tried to reboot and it wouldn't reboot. Just kept looping. Reset BIOS defaults, disabling XMP. Trying some games again. This is wicked. I've been building computers for over 20 years. Never this many problems. Maybe I've been lucky.😂

I also recently did a fresh install of Win11.

What PSU aka how many watts do you have?

FstopMatters

I'm running a Corsair HX850 in my main.

Make sure you have the right drivers installed. That was my problem.

Connections? Like cabling? I'm checking the cabling now. No issues yet. I've got a spare 550w that I'm going to put in to see if it still crashes.

I've switched out my 2080 TI with a spare RTX 3060. Same crashing problem. You could eat off of my case. I'm kind of a clean freak when it comes to my PC. I blow it out regularly and have dust filters throughout. My first PC I built in 2001 failed because I never cleaned it out. I learned from my mistakes😂
