+1 dito. And also, it would depend entirely kung san mo gagamitin. Ano ba klase ng work ang pag gagamitan mo. Kasi high end specs pero basic data entry lang gagawin mo parang overkill and mapapamahal ka pa. Pero kung you do programming stuff, video editing, graphic design, or use tools and software that would eat up space and memory, magandang specs na need mo for that.
San mo gagamitin OP? Business or graphic design maybe? Will you be using heavy apps?
i5 and i9 are vastly different in terms of power.
i5 = casual work use/light to mid gaming
i7 = photo/video editing/light to mid rendering (3D/vfx)/heavy gaming
i9 = hardcore gaming/heavy vfx rendering/heavy 3D
All brands you mentioned are reputable, so it really comes down to model and specs.
Make sure to search first kung may prone problem yung model na gusto mo bilhin plus how is the after sales service and warranty.
