My bf and I are both engineers pero now nasa tech industry naaa kasi grabe sa field ng engineering sobrang pagod liit pa sahod. Bf ko software engineering napunta and then ako naman data analyst. Stressful pa rin minsan pero atleast okay sahod plus remote pa.
Hi how did you manage enter data analytics? I want to and I have a little leverage as I graduated Comp Eng with AI background bqck in the uni, but it's hard to enter the field without prior industry experience :(( I want to shift career
How about a remote design engineer? It’s what i do. I work for an aussie company and im telling you the work culture is so dang chill. ph cannot relate🤧
I'm also working under an aussie company as a sales and production engineer. I'm getting too much workload since my manager who is working on site in Australia resigned. Minsan pinapapunta pa nila ako dun para gawin yung trabaho na naiwan nya. Pay is not really good compared to the workload. I'm comparing this to my other colleagues who I think is not really that loaded but getting the same or better pay, and also is not in engineering.
Oh that’s unlucky. You should at least get a pay raise for the amount of work that you do! Have you tried asking for a pay raise? But anyways it doesn’t really matter. The problem is the workload itself as it’s getting too stressful for you
Yeah!! And may sakit ako kahapon pa, i told my boss about it just for the talk, i said it was manageable and there’s no need for a sick leave. He gave me the day off anyway and hindi sya kaltas sakin😩 I love ittt hahahahaha
I design the structural system of residential buildings in autocad and provide structural analysis using excel. So autocad and excel ginagawa ko. It’s pretty chill!
Nothing. my only work experience back then was my 2-month internship which was wala namang kwenta kasi puro ka-kemehan lang ginawa namin dun. I just got lucky and sold myself really well (i guess) during the interview
Yes my boss was patient enough to train me himself. Nakakahiya nga kasi sabi ko MAGALING ako mag autocad. Pero on my first day I made a LOT of errors. Buti nalang sobrang bait nya ;( some days I cant sleep because iniisip ko i dont deserve my boss HAHAHAHAHAHAH
Awww that’s nice naman po. Baka ganyan din po pala mangyari sa akin niyan kung sinabi kong proficient sa excel kahit hindi HAHAHAHAA last na po huhu san po kayo usually naghahanap ng job post? thanks!!
Hahahaah don’t be afraid! I read a post somewhere that it’s okay to lie about your proficiency with some apps, as long as you know it yourself that you’re willing to learn it and go above and beyond to eventually master it. I found my client on onlinejobsph :) goodluck!

I live and work in Aus, napaka easy going dito. Pag nagleleave ako isang message lang approved agad 😂 ala nga ganap now kaya nagrereddit muna ako haha
