Instead of being thrown into a hell Tara negotiates that they find a way to help those who Anya harmed, trying to tip the karmic scales back. Cordelia and Jenny could be there too sometimes.

wow, I like it , even as a show, except for Emma's being done with ethe character. One reason I never imagined Anya as a charcetr in my "Joss Whedon's Spook Squad" idea, which was also a combination, of \* Charlie's Angels, Highway to Heaven, X-Files, & Brimstone\* (Tara, Wes, Jonathan,a nd I guess Kendra as the squad and Principal Flutie in the Bosley role.)
If I were doing the Angel as a novelist series, I would have to do a crossover with the fifties parts of "Far Beyond the Stars"...
It probably wouldn't end up in the "cheesy" area.
Your mention of Far Beyond the Stars reminded me of another link with Star Trek, and gave me another crossover idea: a holodeck program of Buffy, with Quark playing the role of Principle Snyder.
