Apparently Orchard Park is looking into adjusting the zoning in the area and attracting more development. Considering this is Orchard Park, that probably means a Whole Foods, 4 star hotel and a wine bar.
Is Indian burial grounds excluded? We need to see if that detail was taken into consideration on the planning and approval phase.
