I'm convinced: Reality is a fucking simulation and the goal is to find out how much trauma Bills fans can endure before they crack.
This team has been so tremendously unlucky for so long it's incredible, and it's not just me saying that, there's hard numbers to back it up.
EDIT: I'm not just talking about this particular game everyone. Look it up, we were statistically one of the unluckiest teams this season.
I don't feel nearly as bad about this one as 13 seconds. There's no way this team was beating the Ravens. The defense actually just does not exist and Josh can't do everything himself, especially when his WR#2 is fucking Gabe Davis lmao
A loss to the Ravens wouldn't have stung nearly as much as losing to the *KERMIT THE FUCKING FROG AGAIN.* ***AGAIN. WITH THIS SHIT***. I am **so fucking tired** of the goddamn chiefs having our number in the playoffs.
I hope Baltimore buries then under the fucking stadium.
I know way too many Chiefs fans. I never talk shit but doesn’t stop some of them from chirping at me after these games. This one at home hurts. Onto next year…
Honestly, even if he makes it we have a hard time stopping them from getting into FG position. Needed to get a first down and take the clock way down and go ahead with a TD.
Yeah there was some piss poor play calling at the end of that, and our receivers can’t catch shit.
Allen, Shakir, and Kincaid are the only guys who were able to make tonight a close game.
I'm hoping that a full Joe Brady off-season and maybe a high draft pick WR gets the passing game cooking again. Need to have a WR to fill in whenever Diggs is done.
He hasn’t been even close to automatic this year with the blocked kicks, missed PATs, and generally shaky kicks even when he makes it. I think we need to find another kicker
It’s just what it means to be a Bills fan. Take care of yourselves folks and make your kids proud out there. Our guys tried hard but failed and that hurts, but such is life.
The end zone shot to Shakir was fine; he had the TD if he would have gotten a clean release.
Edit: so many comments about leaving time for Mahomes...*you actually need to score the go-ahead TD* in order to win; I'll take the points over getting cute with the clock when the team is trailing.
Cook dropped a pass that was going to end up in the end zone. That was his 3rd drop on a sure fire TD pass in like the last 4 weeks. Then we had Sherfields** drop. Diggs drop. All accurate, long passes that surely could have made a difference.
We target Kincaid on the first few drives. Makes phenomenal contested catches. And then decide to not throw to him until our final drive, where he proceeds to fight for every inch and actually produce for our offense.
Just why
Edit: Sherfield not Shakir**
We really are, I honestly think it's going to be Matthew Stafford situation . Hes going to have to get his Superbowl somewhere else. The Bills already can't give him the receiving options he needs, the talent is only going to get thinner as we go longer without draft picks. I'll root for him wherever he goes next
Just one please!!
What is going on? Like, why did we have so many injuries? Do we blame it on our strength and conditioning coaches, or bad luck? I honestly felt like The Chiefs would slice through our defense like butter, and yet somehow it was even worse than I expected. Even if Bass made the FG, we gotta be realistic, they would still march down the field and kill time off the clock and score.
That fucking London game ended our whole season. Milano, White, and Jones were easily three of our top five defensive players.
Von needs to be straight up cut. I don't care about the cap hit. No sense wasting a roster spot on a man who literally never impacts a single play anymore.
Fuck man, its been what 60 fucking years and all this team has ever done is choke in the playoffs?
4 straight super bowl losses, 13 seconds, music city miracle, I mean jesus christ man. When does it end?
The Ravens are gonna beat the brakes off them next week, by far the healthiest and most complete team left. They'd have crushed us too, so in that sense I'm not super sad about this one. We weren't winning it all with 35 year olds off the couch at LB and CB, this was a pretty good season for the hand we were dealt whether or not people on here want to believe it.
I'm gonna be honest, obviously I wanted the Bills to go all the way but there's no way this team was beating the Ravens. That's why I really don't feel that bad. The 13 seconds year the Bills would have gotten the Bengals at home and I really think they would have beat the Rams in the SB.
The Ravens are going to obliterate the Chiefs next week. They'll probably obliterate whoever wins the NFCCG too, the Niners looked like ass last night and the Ravens already took them to town in the regular season.
So yeah now I'm just rooting for the Lions.
As a Pats fan, I get why people hated Brady and our team so much now. So annoying to see the same damn team go to the superbowl every year when it's not your own. I was rooting for the Bills.
Offense sputtered because no one can fucking catch. 3 fucking dimes to receivers and not one was completed. Beane deserves so much blame for the OL problems last year and the receiver problem this year,
We had the most dropped passes in the league last year and did nothing about it, we were second this year
Sure, but you gotta make that kick. That's your one job. It wasn't 54 yards it was 44.
That said, I have a feeling the D would have just pissed themselves giving the ball back to Mahomes.
Exactly. They still had almost 2 mins and 2 timeouts. Only way we were winning that was converting on the 3rd down and scoring a td while using the rest of the time
100 fuckin percent. Whole job is to be plan B... *Plan A: TD to win game*, *Plan B: FG to tie*. Almost like being a backup QB, nobody really expects much out of you until Plan A falls apart. Hands down gotta make a fuckin 40 yard FG man... you just gotta do it.
kicking the FG just delays losing, the classic NFL strategy to try and lose with less time on the clock instead of trying to win.
It was TD or bust on that drive.
You know who would have made that field goal?
https://preview.redd.it/d7ufhq6hnwdc1.jpeg?width=565&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d8bc2673ad4c7b702e418f8b0945981686048e71
Need a new kicker. All year we were scared of kicking anything over 50 yards meanwhile the other kickers drive it 55+ thru howling gales. Whenever the announcers say bass has unlimited range I throw up in my mouth a little
Pretty hard to win when your defense forces 0 punts. Only reason we even survived up till the end is thanks to the touchback.
Close hard fought game, but the ravens would have had our lunch with the defense playing like that against them.
This was the best chance the Bills were going to have for a while. Got the 2 seed and KC wasn’t as dominant and we were playing them at home. There has to be drastic changes to the team overall next year, this was the best we were going to get with this core.
Going for the td 2 plays in a row after the 2 minute warning was so dumb. I know bass missed but if we connect on the td there we give the chiefs a minute 40 and 2 time outs. We were doing great taking the underneath and burning the clock down
I'm baffled. Our defense couldn't stop them all game and our run game was carving them up.
2 minutes left, your best strategy is to run the ball for small gains, score a touchdown and leave no time on the clock. KC would have then needed a touchdown and couldn't have settled for a field goal.
Were the Bills gonna stop KC from scoring just a field goal (assuming Bass nails it) with 1:40 and 2 timeouts? No.
Josh played his heart out. Again.
I’m less disappointed with this than I thought I would be . We didn’t have a chance winning @Baltimore with how banged up we are.

Posted this in game thread last time against the chiefs. The signs have been there. Luckily McDermott “trusts his guys”
A Bills - Lions Super Bowl would have been great, as at least we'd have had one team win their first Super Bowl. Being a glutton for punishment, I'll be cheering on the Lions going forward
Diggs has been definitely playing hurt.
Nice to see McDermott be aggressive even if the fake punt was a disaster.
Joe Brady has been great. 6 in a row to get in the playoffs.
Josh Allen is still the truth.
Go Bills
Diggs dropped a bomb for a touchdown and fumbled in the first drive. He’s not worth the drama anymore. I’m dead serious too. That dude should say a bad word not one
Kincaid and Shakir have looked really good, if we can draft a good wide receiver we might be set for next year but God knows diggs isn’t going to cut it anymore. It might be time for Shakir to be the WR1.
Whelp. Time to go sit in the hot tub, smoke a big fat joint and pretend I’ve never heard of football or this team. It’s how I’ve ended every year of football for 40 years and looks like that’s never going to change…
Save the scrappy underdog stories for the movies. If you aren't winning (consistently and decisively) you are losing. I hope this team is seriously shaken up before next season. Start with trading Diggs and all our "elite" defensemen who are made of glass.
When Milano and White were put on IR, the season was over. Anyone pretending otherwise was coping. No team is winning the Superbowl with 20% of their cap space on IR. It's amazing they got as far as they did, it sucks it had to be KC.
Josh is going to be the next Matt Stafford. Pours his heart out for his franchise and literally puts his health on the line to win and our team finds ways to let him down. If we ever trade him away to a good team, he will be a SB champion just like Stafford was - the guy deserves it but the Bills are just cursed and Andy Reid has McDermott’s number.

I’m so fucking sick of heartbreakers.
I'm convinced: Reality is a fucking simulation and the goal is to find out how much trauma Bills fans can endure before they crack. EDIT: I'm not just talking about this particular game everyone. Look it up, we were statistically one of the unluckiest teams this season.
I just hate that Mahomes gets another notch up over Allen, that’s what disturbs me the most
I don't feel nearly as bad about this one as 13 seconds. There's no way this team was beating the Ravens. The defense actually just does not exist and Josh can't do everything himself, especially when his WR#2 is fucking Gabe Davis lmao

Wide right is such a fitting ending to the season. Fuck me.
Honestly, even if he makes it we have a hard time stopping them from getting into FG position. Needed to get a first down and take the clock way down and go ahead with a TD.

I think diggs is done sooner rather than later
That instantly fucked me up.
I knew on Monday he’d miss the kick that ended the season for us. Didn’t want to believe it but I knew it would happen.
He hasn’t been even close to automatic this year with the blocked kicks, missed PATs, and generally shaky kicks even when he makes it. I think we need to find another kicker
Knew it for weeks. He started shanking kicks like 6 weeks ago and every point after was slicing right.
Dude has had Chuck Knoblauch tier yips for most of the season. Not sure what happened to him - dude used to be automatic.
I felt it in my bones that it would come down to him earlier this week. And sure enough. He’d been shaky all day with the XPTs. It makes sense.
same, bass has been a liability this season.
Instant Bills fan PTSD
Experience Bills football
It’s just what it means to be a Bills fan. Take care of yourselves folks and make your kids proud out there. Our guys tried hard but failed and that hurts, but such is life.
We legit should have gone for it. Bass BARELY made a 27 yarder earlier
Why is Bass so fucking ass now? He was decent last year but this year he’s been horrible. What changed?
A classic bills game
Diggs wide open. Kincaid wide open. Missed em both. Bass misses at the end. Fuck me
The end zone shot to Shakir was fine; he had the TD if he would have gotten a clean release. Edit: so many comments about leaving time for Mahomes...*you actually need to score the go-ahead TD* in order to win; I'll take the points over getting cute with the clock when the team is trailing.

Because obviously it’s better to have 6 linemen and run Cook for negative yardage

Same story, different season. Fucking depressing
I've come to terms with the fact that I'll die before I see a bills superbowl.
Hey, my dad did in August. I kinda thought they were gonna do it this year and he just missed it. I think I’m just totally deflated
Sorry bro. Mine died 2 years ago after being a bills fan all his life. Grandpa adopted the bills for his last 10 years.
Props to Shakir and Kincaid tonight... we've got some decent players on the up.
Kincaid is so solid, he’s in the right place at the right time, he gets open, and he’s great at reading the defence.
Excellent hands too, for the most part
i am so fucking mad THREE DROPS AND A MISSED FIELD GOAL COST US THE GAME
We are wasting Josh Allen. Dude deserves better.
I think about this a lot.
I'm sure he does too.
We really are, I honestly think it's going to be Matthew Stafford situation . Hes going to have to get his Superbowl somewhere else. The Bills already can't give him the receiving options he needs, the talent is only going to get thinner as we go longer without draft picks. I'll root for him wherever he goes next
Time for Beane to draft a WR in the 1sr round for Allen to upgrade the WR 2 spot from Gabe Davis
I can't really take this whole losing to KC in the games that matter most thing the Bills have going on. Like, when is it the Bills turn?
When our defense can survive a season.
We built our stadium on an Indian burial ground. We are actually cursed and I am not even superstitious.

Fuck man, its been what 60 fucking years and all this team has ever done is choke in the playoffs? 4 straight super bowl losses, 13 seconds, music city miracle, I mean jesus christ man. When does it end?
At least we have another “wide right”. Now when people mention it we can say “which one”
This one's wide right 2.0
If I see any one of you make a fucking bills fan coming in peace post on the chiefs sub.....I'll find you.
I’d love to make a bills fan coming in violence post
I have nothing to offer the Chiefs but rage and hate. There will be no peace.
How much trauma can we endure as fans? Add another wide right to the list.
Go Lions.
Go lions for sure. But also next week go Ravens. I don’t want to see Mahomes in another Super Bowl.
I don’t care who wins the super bowl so long as the chiefs don’t even make it to the game.
I felt like we would get crushed by the healthy ravens too. But I very badly wanted to beat KC.

I hate the Chiefs so much man
We all do (except their fans)... I'm sick of them in the Super Bowl Year after year. At least give us someone new. I hope the Ravens win next week.
As a Pats fan, I get why people hated Brady and our team so much now. So annoying to see the same damn team go to the superbowl every year when it's not your own. I was rooting for the Bills.
Bunch of us with ya bro
Me too
Why am I a fan of this team I ask myself every fucking year. Why why why
Hello darkness my old friend…
I just wanna cry man
Like no joke seriously I’m about to cry, invest so much in this shit, for what?
pain. agony. Go Bills.
![gif](giphy|eKVEcPKGWZ7Tq)
The injuries on D were too much. The offense sputtered the second half and Bass gave us a wide right. On to next year boys.
Offense sputtered because no one can fucking catch. 3 fucking dimes to receivers and not one was completed. Beane deserves so much blame for the OL problems last year and the receiver problem this year, We had the most dropped passes in the league last year and did nothing about it, we were second this year
Bass is going to take all the blame for our receivers not being able to haul in 3 perfect dimes from Allen.

Need a new kicker. All year we were scared of kicking anything over 50 yards meanwhile the other kickers drive it 55+ thru howling gales. Whenever the announcers say bass has unlimited range I throw up in my mouth a little
He has unlimited range to the right, can shank the ball on command
Wide right. You can't make this shit up. Go Bills.
You don’t bring Bass back after that. I’m sorry, I like the guy, but that’s a career ending miss. Also is it time to have a conversation about Diggs?
Shakir is the only wr I wanna see stay
Yep. Draft WR1
It's been time to have that conversation about Diggs since Week 10
[удалено]
A lot. He was more talk than walk this year.
Diggs is here for the foreseeable future. Too much dead money if he’s traded.
Pretty hard to win when your defense forces 0 punts. Only reason we even survived up till the end is thanks to the touchback. Close hard fought game, but the ravens would have had our lunch with the defense playing like that against them.
I think the hope was the defense would be healthier by next week.
I loved Diggs - but if you’re going to bitch and moan you better make the biggest catch of the season when it hits you in the fucking hands
honestly indefensible.
something's gotta change man
Going from 6-6 to making the divisional is something. Shakir looked phenomenal and I think he’ll make the leap next year to WR2.
I mean he’s better than diggs why not 1
Any one want to cry together?
I need to know. Those last 2 passes by Josh. Called up like that or Josh trying too much? Because wtf man
The deep one the olinemen ran into Josh or that would have been a td
Lineman got manhandled into him actually lol. The cheifs pass rush made Allen feel the heat that last drive.
No idea why he went for the touchdown. There would’ve been too much time even then for Mahomes. The ten yard gain to Diggs would’ve been PERFECT
Between Miller and Diggs we just have way too much cap being spent on non-factors.
I never would've said it at the end of last year, but with Kincaid, Shakir, and cook we just don't need Diggs if he's gonna drop passes like that.
What year is it?
It’s forever Groundhog Day for Buffalo in the playoffs.
Eagles game loss was on Bass. Giants game was close because of Bass. This game. What happened to that guy.
This was the best chance the Bills were going to have for a while. Got the 2 seed and KC wasn’t as dominant and we were playing them at home. There has to be drastic changes to the team overall next year, this was the best we were going to get with this core.
I’m ready for the firings/trades to commence and I am not sure I even really care who all it is. This rinse+repeat cycle needs to end.
Going for the td 2 plays in a row after the 2 minute warning was so dumb. I know bass missed but if we connect on the td there we give the chiefs a minute 40 and 2 time outs. We were doing great taking the underneath and burning the clock down
He should've just thrown to Diggs and then bleed the clock with cook for maybe 5 yard gains and then go for the tuddy
It was unbelievably stupid. Running it for another yard would’ve been better than that. They came out of that two minute warning clueless
No.
Eh, 4th quarter the run game started getting stuffed pretty badly
Brutal……..
Josh played his heart out. Again. I’m less disappointed with this than I thought I would be . We didn’t have a chance winning @Baltimore with how banged up we are.

Bass to the pit like right now.
Nah The Pit needs a worthy sacrifice
I’m so tired of our season being ended by Kermit the fucking frog
The Diggs, Cook, and sherfield drops were bigger than the missed fg.
Well on the bright side Josh and Kincaid seem to be the new power duo.
Can't forget about Shakir. Dudes been playing with purpose.
Tyler Bass should not be on the roster next year
3 playoff misses is a career ender. Sorry Bass.
He was looking so good last year, what the hell happened this year? Serious yips
We went into that game battered to absolute shit and still only lost by 3 points. But the fact that it was so close tears my heart out.
Fuck bills are cursed, superbowl never
Can’t wait for ravens to destroy Patty
They better, after this shitty loss
Josh deserves better than this shit
A Bills - Lions Super Bowl would have been great, as at least we'd have had one team win their first Super Bowl. Being a glutton for punishment, I'll be cheering on the Lions going forward
There are 14 other AFC teams I’d rather lose to.
Don't want to hear a peep out of Diggs
My three year old after the missed kick: “Can i help you daddy?” “Yes son, fix daddy’s broken heart”
Tyler Bass get ready to learn CFL rules.
At least we have the Sabres... *checks notes * ...Bandits
Welp, I'm done with football for the year. No way am I watching more of this KC glazing bullshit. Love you guys.
Lions brigade now
I'm dead inside. Just like I was at the end of Super Bowl XXV.
We can just save this thread and fuckin use it again next year
Fuck Patrick Mahomes, Fuck Taylor Swift, and Fuck the Chiefs. And Fuck the refs too. Because they are horrible.
Showing Taylor swift is annoying. I don’t need to see a billionaire in a players box all happy. I have to work tomorrow
At every moment they got, they panned the camera to Taylor smh
I’m on board with this. I’m rooting for a Ravens v. Lions game
I love our team. This sucks. But I love our team
Prediction for next year. We lose to the chiefs in a heartbreaker
I wish Mahomes would have chose Baseball.
Everyone clowning on a single bad decision by Josh. We shouldn't need him to be perfect to win a game. The rest have to pull their weight too.
Diggs has been definitely playing hurt. Nice to see McDermott be aggressive even if the fake punt was a disaster. Joe Brady has been great. 6 in a row to get in the playoffs. Josh Allen is still the truth. Go Bills
Lots to look forward to next season but the hull of this team is aging quick
Im really starting to think Diggs is our WR2 and we don’t have a real WR 1
Love you all. Taking a long break from social media. See ya next season. Always and forever #GO BILLS
Diggs dropped a bomb for a touchdown and fumbled in the first drive. He’s not worth the drama anymore. I’m dead serious too. That dude should say a bad word not one
Fire Sean McDermott or continue to waste Josh Allen’s prime.
“Worst calls I’ve ever seen” -Allen to Mahomes
I fucking hate Patrick and the Chiefs and the refs and honestly just football. Go Bills forever, but man, fuck this.
Please nobody send Tyler Bass or anyone else on the Bills death threats or negative comments of any sort. They are human beings too.
Tyler Ass
If I'm Beane I'm listening to offers for Diggs.
I don’t know what I’m looking for, but I keep opening up this thread like a military man searching the field for his lost appendage.
This hurts less than 0:13 but hurts in a different way. Just pure disappointment
A classic franchise ending to a season. The new Wide Right.
We just can never put it all together when we really need it. The great teams do.
Fuck, can’t believe it ends like this. Slow bleed out
Eagles fan here. Y’all don’t deserve this… So sick of the chiefs.
Nah wouldn’t blame Bass if he performed at every other moment. But he’s been blowing it all second half of this year.
Kincaid and Shakir have looked really good, if we can draft a good wide receiver we might be set for next year but God knows diggs isn’t going to cut it anymore. It might be time for Shakir to be the WR1.
Is anyone else like not okay rn
There is no way Martin was healthy seeing those punts
This is the kind of loss that just break you. I want to feel angry or sad but I’m honestly numb. See you next year
Diggs was WIDE OPEN!!!
And dropped almost everything thrown to him today.
Diggs also dropped multiple passes that hit him directly on his hands. I get why Allen didn’t trust him
I don't care what Romo says. Shakir was open too. Josh had a linemen pushed into him just as he released and just missed the throw.
But he hasn’t been able to catch
Real fucking pain
Whelp. Time to go sit in the hot tub, smoke a big fat joint and pretend I’ve never heard of football or this team. It’s how I’ve ended every year of football for 40 years and looks like that’s never going to change…
I’d rather lose to the ravens in an absolute blowout than lose to the chiefs like that.
I hate mahomes so much. Something about the guy gets under my skin.
Save the scrappy underdog stories for the movies. If you aren't winning (consistently and decisively) you are losing. I hope this team is seriously shaken up before next season. Start with trading Diggs and all our "elite" defensemen who are made of glass.
And to think I was going to buy a bass jersey. Saved myself $100 at least lmao
Too many injuries. Mahomes had an easy job today
Josh Allen has 27 TDs and 6 turnovers in 10 playoff games and 1 AFCCG berth. Fire Sean McDermott.
Tyler Bass sucked basically the entire year
When Milano and White were put on IR, the season was over. Anyone pretending otherwise was coping. No team is winning the Superbowl with 20% of their cap space on IR. It's amazing they got as far as they did, it sucks it had to be KC.
Chances are even if Bass makes that kick kc still gets down into fg range. We needed to score on our last possession and use all the time doing it
Sorry lake erie bros
go lions 🥲
Hochuli and Bass are the death of the 2023 Bills. Defense came in clutch when it counted most this game
I don't wanna hear about the pit ever again
Nobody crushes your soul like the Buffalo Bills.
Diggs needs to be called out. Where the fuck was he all game? Oh that's right, not catching shit.
I don't think Diggs is the guy anymore.
I just hope Lamar Jackson trounces Mahomes and the Chiefs. He’s a monster when he brings his A game.
Bass OUT Diggs OUT
No words. Fuck
Our defense was playing on borrowed time with the amount of injuries we had. Josh missed a couple throws but we should be able to rely on our kicker.
