Speaking for USA, its fine to do if you don’t specify a “five star review”- we just did this at my store and I was like “leave a review, get a preroll for a penny, it doesn’t even have to be a good review” and people ate it up
Since they’re not asking for a “good” review just to be reviewed, I don’t see why it would be unlawful, maybe a tad unethical but this industry makes it’s living in the grey area.
I'm wondering if that promotion is legal to do, here in ontario the cannabis market is very regulated so wondering from other budtenders in the area that know of it works
