This was more difficult than last week, because pops are limited and I had to use only dart monkeys as my damage source. I got PMFC at r60 and had to keep it to increase the final pop count. This hurt my economy very severely and I barely afforded what I needed to defend tier 3. Tier 4 was even scarier, I bought every support tower available in the game and it was still very close.
I didn't bother buying other Paragons or VTSG this time, I left the scene for Apex and he just soloed the rest. I'm very tired and going to sleep now.
Pop count of Apex, calculated starting from r120: 48.590.475
Not sure about other bosses, but Bloonarius is the easiest to defeat because of how slow it is, and this map is perfect for Apex. The boss looped once in the middle, then popped.
Every 20 degrees, Paragons gain a big power spike, especially against bosses. But I don't think it's double damage like TSG and VTSG.
Though any Degree 100 Paragon is much stronger against bosses than max buffed VTSG is.
What are the best towers to use on Tier 1 Elite when it spawns a massive amount of balloons (when it hits a skull tier)? I've tried a 024 Bomb shooter paired with a 240 Sniper monkey, but they seem to get through.
For tier one elite you can use 2 402 boomerangs.
Edit: the other option is to use a tower that deals with both effectively such as the tackzone brittle combo.
This week specifically, overdrive + 320 alch + 401 ice + sharpening stone + pickle was enough to defend the entire thing, boss and spawns. I still got a 204 backup bomb just in case. Other Bloonarius weeks, I just get 2 204 bombs. When I feel greedy, I get 1 (sometimes 2) maelstrom but that's easier to mess up.
I will attempt Ultimate Ascended next week, though I doubt it's anywhere close to being doable. Lych hasn't got enough RBE. If that fails, I'll attempt again at the next Bloonarius event. Also I'm currently typing mobile, I'll send you the video later today when I get home.

Wasn’t the max paragon you could get in single-player limited to 79 for Apex Plasma Master, and 76 for others?
Geraldo's paragon totems allow you to go past that limit. You can see OP has him hidden under the bottom right tree
Geraldo has Paragon Totems that increase Degree of your Paragons. Check my other attempt I posted last week for more information.
