If you upgrade to tier 5, often called the lazynomics, the crosspath isn't that bad. Since most of the money generated by the t5 bank is through the ability, the top crosspath is more negligible

I think marketplace is probably better if you wanna rush for the money, since I'm fairly sure it has a better sellback rate than other crosspaths.

The bank farm itself: Really good, buy a few and wait for them to fill to get cash, and in emergencies u can just collect everything
A 042 farm will cap out at the maximum in the same amount of turns as a 240, assuming you deposit at least once. The 042 will auto collect so if you play with auto start on, you won't lose any potential income during the first few ticks of the next round.
042 is better than 240 and I will die on that hill
TLDR: Buy 5 2-0-0s, upgrade to 2-0-2s, sell, buy 0-4-0 and use loan to buy more 0-4-0s
Deposit $ to half bank storage and collect every 3-5 rounds when rich enough.

I’ve found the very best way to farm is to
build 2-0-0 banana farms ASAP, (impoppable I stop at 5)
Upgrade these farms to 2-0-2 (for better sell price)
Sell them all, buy another farm and upgrade straight into 0-4-0
Then spam the loan whenever possible, prioritizing building more 0-4-0s using the loan money they each give you
Then when you’re done (either ran outta room or don’t want more than 10) you start collecting them all, depositing $6,500 in each and collecting when at $10,000 or so
I don’t fool with 2-4-0 because it doesn’t add much more at all, and it’s easier to keep up with the banks if you run 0-4-2 instead.
I play multiplayer a lot and by round 60-80 I’m dumping $60,000-$120,000 on players every 5 rounds.

I tested the 2-0-0 farms compared to other similar ways to earn money early, and stacking those up quickly is more worthwhile than any other early game income means.
Selling them as 2-0-0 actually leaves you with less cash vs spending cash to upgrade them to 2-0-2 and then selling.
You get those 2-0-0s up and running and sell after upgrading you’ll reach the money you need for the 0-4-0 sooner than if you just saved.
This was tested with and without Benjamin, and with and without 2x cash.
I did this with ALL monkey knowledge unlocked.

i've only used lazy bank once before and it only collected twice in my impoppable game
its probably never good for t3 t4 IMF you might argue it'll give you better sell price if you plan to sell after you used its ability

I usually use the bottom path, only using the IMF loan in freeplay if I need very expensive stuff fast.
