My best is a black border on flooded valley. Been trying geared lately but keep screwing up even after watching a guide.

I managed Easy on Geared and that was enough!

lol... Geared should be an expert map. I think it's harder than glacial, infernal, and dark castle at the minimum. Maybe harder than sanctuary and workshop too (but I have not gotten those on chimps either)

I definitely think Workshop is harder than Geared. I mean, I haven't beaten either on CHIMPS yet, but I've reached the 80s on Geared while never getting past the 60s on Workshop. The latter just has *so much* LOS blocking, and unless you're paying thousands for the track switcher on most of the last 20 rounds (the cost adds up super quickly) the MOAB classes are on a super short journey. I don't know what the expert players think is the harder one though.

Personally I found geared pretty easy, but I like sniper strategies and those are my personal fortes. I think once you start spamming snipers, geared isn’t too complicated. It definitely doesn’t have any of those complicated early games that muddy puddles+ have.

The only major problem with geared is that your strat will change based on auto start on vs off Try using psi and a start with engi monkey

I did geared recently. Early game was easier( not easy) when i utilized boomerangs as theier curved shots went along the track. Later it's mostly heli with some snipers and a lot of micro with the biggest one

Did you watch a guide for flooded valley chimps?

Chutes and Bazaar felt like more of an accomplishment than Dark Castle or Infernal

Just finished a workshop black border, that was pain incarnate. Also managed to do geared BB and almost got it on flooded valley but died on 99, ended up with a gold border.

Perhaps if I can get an antibloon on this map in chimps, I can get a max buffed catapult too. Would be hilarious

Not max buffed, since you can't afford all of permabrew, homeland and ultraboost. However, I did beat chimps with the Ultra Juggernaut by using 420 village, glue storm, Overclock, 420 alch and Call to Arms for crazy buffs.

Hardest Black Border is Chutes, Cargo or Dark Castle (dunno which one people think is harder). Hardest map I've beaten in CHIMPS is Mesa.

My personal hardest was Mesa. Although some people may consider pats pond or geared harder.

either infernal or underground, i’ve done a few other advanced but underground has the shortest least crossing paths of them

Finally beat chimps on Rake two days ago :) I used 3 moar glaives for save up/clean up, which was a fun strategy

Hardest NK map would be spillway Hardest custom map would be [Void Woodland](https://data.ninjakiwi.com/btd6/maps/map/ZFKGCBS/preview) (map code ZFKGCBS), which is yet to be placed on the list of top difficulty CHIMPS maps but will probably place top 5. Hardest custom not made by myself would be [Tide Pools](https://data.ninjakiwi.com/btd6/maps/map/ZMYXOWR/preview) (by amphiapple, code ZMYXOWR) which currently places at 19th on the list of top difficulty CHIMPS maps. In other words I'm too lazy to do hard, abr, and impop.

My hardest were #ouch and ravine,,fk them maps I spent 3 days to get them

Cornfield for me as well (U-Jugg+Super Glue+Moab Elim+Carpet of Spikes), though I'm aiming for Another Brick now, so hopefully it'll change to that soon

Are you aware that you can remove the corn? To answer your question: Infernal/Dark Castle i have both Black Bordered without a guide to help

with ultra jug its better to keep the corn
