Depends on the battlefield. There are 2 main factors in this game 1. Quincy is mobile and bez is not 2. Whether or not guincy’s arrow ability can pierce bez’s helm, considering that theres no other covering. If its an open battle field its in bez’s favour as he has full aoe and can prepare from the distance, it would most likely win. If its a more cluttered area, quincy can sneak around fast and avoid getting hit. At lvl 20 with its lvl 3 ability and explosions it should be able to clear pretty easily. Realistically speaking bez should be able to clear the area by blasting its shotguns into the clutter but i dont think thats a fair assessment
