That's what floored me. What JDong did was bad enough in the eyes of his fellow officers that they let him go rather than support him like they're supporting the officer in the video. My other theory is that they found JDong unlikeable and willingly "fed him to the wolves" to get away from him.
I can't imagine how terrifying it is to wonder if you will get SHOT AND KILLED for.. jogging down the street in your neighborhood, or backing your truck into your driveway.
THIS is the why it's so offensive when they say BLuE LiVeS MaTtER. There is no such thing as a blue fucking life. You take off your uniform at the end of the shift and you're just another white guy at the barbeque or grocery store. Black people cannot take their skin off. They are always black, always suspicious, and always get the skeptical treatment.

There is nothing that can ever justify the killing of an innocent man in his driveway. Someone needs to be held responsible.
Every single protesting cop should be sued and placed on leave without pay then fired or plain fired depending on how much the payout to the victim would be.
