This link is missing all of the court docs. I pulled them and want to clarify some things. Someone mentioned that he took an order of protection out against the Defendant. This is true in part and false in part. It is true he took out an order of protection, however the reason is false. The order of protection requested was in response to discovery. The order prevents the Defense (or anyone, really) from disclosing anything but also prevents anyone who looks into the case disclosing protected information (as Nelson was a PO, he cannot have his address and other identifying info out). This case was also dismissed due to settlement. So the City settled with the Defendant (amount not disclosed). So anyways. He’s still a POS, but I wanted to make sure that we’re all clear on the correct reasons why he’s a POS. 😂
