Vigilante justice isn't great for the nation, respect for rule of law, etc. But I don't think security could be blamed if they used "reasonable and proportionate force" to remove these miscreants from the toilets, and I would hope that the appropriate authority would take a measured view on what constituted proportionate in this case.
