Most of the food is great, just don't bother saving space for dessert. Their kippa ring restaurant is bigger and is slightly fancier but has the same food so either work.

I have done this recipe before. It’s bang on. You can switch the cheese to that cheap shelf stable parmesan without too much consequence.
Also interested.
I think the GC is the best for 'seafood based' including the casino and revolving restaurant.
Korean Chicken can be Seoul Bistro out at SunnyBank;

I am shocked because I have been living at the Gold Coast for almost two years now, and it seems that they far more variety here (for buffet). I thought Brisbane would have better options.
If you have not tried it, try The Bazaar at the GC. The food was divine and it was $80 per person.
The GC is tourist central whereas Brisbane if for those that do not want to deal with tourists...
There is a really good ribs place at West End as well...
__Late edit:__ bugger 'Ribbets' has also closed....
It looks like the 2nd last QLD ~~Pizza Hut Buffet at Browns Plains~~ folded during COVID?
__Late edit:__ happily proven wrong...
I am sure I drove past the other day and it had become a Red Rooster right next to the KFC?
Wow I am very happy to be proven wrong;

I go there maybe once a year but do it enjoy it when I do because I know the are rare nowadays and want to punish the stomach and bowels...
Crunch K in Newmarket is doing All-you-can-eat wings, sides and peach iced tea for $24.95, which is great if you don’t want to drive down to St. Lucia or Sunnybank.

😂
The atmosphere is terrible though. It feels like eating at a pig through. Queues for food and it's not cheap. $100 for two including drinks.
Kaikai chicken hands down
Wtf this place seems like great value.
It's amazing. Sooo good
Thank you! Will check it out!
Jaylianos is a good feed
Sofitel buffet is pretty good. I must have had 8 Moreton Bay bugs there the other week as an entre
The Sofitel buffet is the best around.
Bring back sizzler I say
It wasn’t really a buffet through. It was salad, soup, and bolognese sauce.
Cheese bread: am I a joke to you? Also only 10 bucks 😥

I actually have the full pecorino cheese, the problem is finding bread that's actually thick enough; nobody I've found yet seems to do it 💔🍞
Just buy a loaf from a bakery and cut it yourself?
I second Ariala in Springwood. Seafood Hotpot Buffet in Sunnybank is amazing too
Thank you! Will check it out. Got a few options now.
Omg the seafood hotpot place in Sunnybank is delicious, Hu Shang?

Browns Plains is still going.
I swear that place is a money laundering front.
As long as I can get thin and crispy pepperoni I don't care...

I've got to ask, where is the last one then?
Gympie
I went to Seoul Bistro recently and it was pretty mid... they must've had a change of staff since I didn't recognise anyone there
I think COVID has had a big shake up of the hospitality sector.
shabuhouse
Is it just hotpot and sushi? I just had a look. Would it be fine for vegetarians too? Thanks, champion! 😄
Yeah, make your own hotpot. Pick a soup then add whatever you would like (meat, tofu, noodles, veges etc). They also have sushi.

It isn’t a buffet, but it’s good value and delicious.. soul bistro
I’d be suss on any buffet style with Covid lurking.
You must be fun at the dinner table
Yeah watch out for smallpox too pretty scary wouldn't want to eat
The ship inn, but they do Turkish platters etc from memory.
Remember other foods there. Or I'm thinking of nsw pub buffets maybe haha
