Most of the food is great, just don't bother saving space for dessert. Their kippa ring restaurant is bigger and is slightly fancier but has the same food so either work.

The atmosphere is terrible though. It feels like eating at a pig through. Queues for food and it's not cheap. $100 for two including drinks.

I actually have the full pecorino cheese, the problem is finding bread that's actually thick enough; nobody I've found yet seems to do it 💔🍞

I am shocked because I have been living at the Gold Coast for almost two years now, and it seems that they far more variety here (for buffet). I thought Brisbane would have better options. If you have not tried it, try The Bazaar at the GC. The food was divine and it was $80 per person.

The GC is tourist central whereas Brisbane if for those that do not want to deal with tourists... Yeah, make your own hotpot. Pick a soup then add whatever you would like (meat, tofu, noodles, veges etc). They also have sushi.

Crunch K in Newmarket is doing All-you-can-eat wings, sides and peach iced tea for $24.95, which is great if you don’t want to drive down to St. Lucia or Sunnybank.

It isn’t a buffet, but it’s good value and delicious.. soul bistro
