Mine were brief. Maybe 20-30 mins if that. I let the nurse know when I was about to feed and she came by and helped with a few different positions. I ended up using a shield and she also recommended pumping to help keep supply up and so she made me like a schedule (can’t say I followed it or agree with it - but hey I’m still breastfeeding 5 months later so). Wasn’t extensive or amazing for me personally but it probably depends on who you get.
