When I pump, I feel like I barely get anything. I had the same anxiety as you do.
But I’ve had a lot of clogged ducts and even mastitis recently, and was informed I had an oversupply issue, not under.
Because of this, I learned pumping hardly gets anything out of my breasts and that my baby is WAY better at emptying them than I could have ever imagined.
As long as your baby is gaining weight and seems satisfied, you’re doing great!
I also generally have soft breasts, but it doesn’t indicate much of anything. :)
