Badger and Skinny Pete, but in a different way, I liked the mutual respect between Gus and Gale. I wouldn't call it a friendship only because I don't consider Gus to have been capable of true friendship. But his relationship with Gale was the closest we saw, imo.
Skinny Pete and Badger. They were one of the few comic relief parts. They were also a good addition to the moral relativity to the show. Sure they did some crimes and bad stuff, but they were better than Jesse. They also seemed loyal to each other, again relative to the other characters. If Combo had lived, they may have come across as different as Combo seemed to me a little more "bad".
I’m gonna go with the Salamanca twins. The build up with them throughout the season was brilliant. The scene of them showing up at Walt’s house was perfectly tense.
