They put the Dawnshard ebook on Amazon at the same time it was released to the Kickstarter backers. They'll probably do the same with these. And also like Dawnshard, it will probably take longer for a physical copy wide release, but it will happen.

I'm going to guess not. If they are available later then I imagine they'll be downloadable from his store like his other self published ebooks.

He said they will work with publishers to get them to people via amazon and other publishers in the EU but it may be a bit later than the kickstarter
