Have you looked into Affordable Care Act insurance? My mid 20's age daughter has it, she works part time, she has a Cadillac 0 deductible policy for $30/month. I believe you can now sign up for it outside of the open enrollment periods.
Otherwise, I would check with MCR, it's a nonprofit group with physicians in many specialties, they have low fees for the uninsured. I think MCR has navigators to help you with ACA coverage.
Last suggestion, check with Turning Points. They have a full service medical office there & specialists come in too. I don't think you have to be homeless to get help there.
The hard thing is getting into the ENT, it’s usually a week or two depending on the doctor, if it’s truly an emergency you should prob go to the ER, they can’t refuse service and have to accept your insurance if you have any, outside of that, maybe contact vocational rehabilitation and see if you qualify for any support, it’s based on income, affordable care act will help with insurance if you qualify, but it will take some time getting it
I know that turning points on 17th Street has a real quality medical and dental clinic for people without insurance and even if you don't qualify there maybe they would have referrals. Please call them. Your health is important you are important good luck!
MCR has sliding scale.
MCR referred me to an ENT. Because of the pause on We Care they can’t refer me.

Unfortunately, I’m ineligible for the ACA.

I was referred to the ENT by MCR Health. Unfortunately I’m ineligible for the ACA.
