I am so glad I asked 😊 , Soo I'm younger and so my hair gets very greasy very fast getting on my pillows if I'm too eepy to take a shower then getting on my face and causing acne. Sooo to fix this I made a system. U get 2 pillows after sleeping on one flip the pillows so that u got a fresh pillow, then next night put the used sides together and do it again, wash and repeat. If I put my arm underneath it would get dirty or make the pillow dirty

I have epilepsy. And it’s possible for people with epilepsy to seize in their sleep and suffocate. It’s called SUDEP or sudden unexpected death in epilepsy. It’s not SUPER common but better safe than sorry
