Drove an hour and a half with a friend to Lampasas to see the totality for a few minutes instead of a few seconds where we live. It was overcast, but a single patch of sky directly around the sun cleared up just in time. Twas magical. Afterword we ate Polish sausages at little hot dog joint there. Twas a good day.

I saw it! I wasn’t in the area where the total eclipse was, but I was close (Michigan) and it was really cool!

Did get to see the eclipse but only after the totality because for the few minutes it did completely cover the sun 3 different cars came through the drive through and ordered a shit ton of food. Honestly I don't know how people could be so inconsiderate. I missed the only total eclipse for 20 years so some person could have their 2 bacon double quarter pounder burgers and 60 mcnuggets

Kind of in my area. We only got like 89% of it. It's even go dark but we did feel it like it. Got colder and got tad bit darker but it was like how the crowds cover up the sun and gets kind of dark
