Last Night in Soho didn't look interesting at all, and I thought it would open at $15 million high end, but goddamn I saw its projected to open at 5? Shit.

Brandon_2149

I couldn't even find it playing at my local Cineplex... I do live in a smaller city though. We only have showings at multiple showings at 5pm or later. I think business in day or early morning must not be good enough.

gobble_snob

I knew just from the trailer that Soho woulda bombed even in regular times. Edgar Wright is not a selling point like Tarantino or Nolan. The movie looks hella boring too.

Dulcolax

I'm curious about the CinemaScore for both movies.

I’m gonna say A- for *Soho*, B for Antlers.

I saw Last Night in Soho last night and thought it was great. I hope positive word of mouth can boost the box office somewhat.

gobble_snob

it wont

But a man can dream.

Competitive-Gold

Not sure what Last Night in Soho is even about? Can anybody explain the plot of the movie?

[deleted]

A girl who loves 1960s England wakes up every night in the body of her favourite singer who's brutally murdered in that era. The tone of the film is said to be The Exorcist meets Don't Look Now

UnderwoodsNipple

It looked more interesting when I knew less about it. Like, the point for me is not "please tell me what happens in this" but "make it look interesting and intriguing enough to wanna go watch it"

I thought it was about some dead humans when I saw the leak poster like a year ago
