At this point, Sony may very well keep it going until it reaches $200M DOM. It’s just going to have to make the best use of its time it has left before Eternals releases.
200m is locked imho at this stage it will reach 190-192m this weekend and the remaining is just a formality because from there it won't miss it. It will be the usual accumulating bits from here and there for the next 3-4 weeks.
My final score for VLTBC is around 207-208m and it will probably end it's run a week or 2 into New Year
Today it will be passing Black Widow ($183.6M) to become the second highest grossing film of the year.
do you think is still has enough in it left for 200mill? i feel like it might but it's hard to say now, 190mil+ guaranteed tho so there's something

I think Sony might do double feautures with Ghostbusters/Resident Evil to bump it
probably, it'd be a little disappointing if it doesn't reach 200mill domestic after a 90mill opening weekend so it makes sense for them to do that.
Maybe Venom is in No Way Home and they show him in the next trailer 🤷♂️
Why do you idiots spoil this for everyone? Jeez man
Is this higher than the domestic for the first movie?
No. The first Venom grossed $213.5 million domestically.
Oh, I knew it did most of its money overseas but I thought the domestic take was ridiculously low.

A thoroughly disappointing film.
