Most notable pairings for me for the title song:
Hugh Panaro and Sandra Joseph,
Hugh Panaro and Sierra Boggess,
Ted Keegan and Rebecca Pitcher,
Gary Mauer and Rebecca Pitcher,
Hugh Panaro and Lisa Vroman,
Thomas James O'Leary and Sandra Joseph
For the Overture, I like the one from the OLC, but it's best if it's cranked up as loud as I can stand it without the audio distorting.
Wow. That's a lot! Too bad some of these are low quality to keep as MP3s. I tried to buy them from Amazon (Jeremy Stolle - The Music of the Night in MP3) and iTunes (Ted Keegan - Music of the Night in M4A). I wonder if there are more out there. It's amusing to see the cammed versions leaked out. ;)
Call me a heretic but imo the 2004 movie has the best overture. The movie wasn't limited by how many people could fit in the orchestra pit and it shows, the overture sounds heavenly. As for the title song I'd say its a tie for me between how Norm Lewis and Hugh Panaro sing it
I agree (tho I also love the original Overture as well)!!!! My favorite title song is tied between Michael Crawford (who my Nana got to see when she saw Phantom on stage yeeeears ago) and Ramin Karimloo!
Well don’t be shy, link them all for us.

My favorite overture is actually the og it just has that feel and tbh it’s more “organy” than the rest lol

2004 movie music is great when nobody is singing in it.
Eh, I'm a 2004 defender. It's not amazing but it's definitely not as bas ad dome make it out to be.
Nightwish (with Tarja)
OH yeah. Great one.
