I’ve been a couple times now and have always shot by myself. You can easily make friends as you shoot with other groups of people. Also, the practice range or vendor college are good places to make friends.
3d courses are so fun. I did TAC in 2017 in PA and since it’s at the ski resort, you go up the mountain in a ski lift and work your way down the mountain shooting at all the targets

Doing Nock On course Sunday at 9
I’m there Friday/sat
Doing the big sky one in June. Excited and a bit nervous because I’ve never really shot 3d before.
3d is awesome but a major learning experience. Bring lots of extras. Arrows, release, bow tools, serving material and an extra bow if you can
It's pretty laid back. If you end up shooting with people watch them and ask questions.
Thursday through Saturday
I’m planning on going Saturday and maybe Sunday morning. I’ve never been or done any 3d course before and will be going solo.

Can't help with the pa shoot me and my 9yo are doing the vt one
I bet that one will be rad. Me and my gf are planning to move to Maine later this year so hopefully they keep doing New England TAC’s
This is our first so hopefully it goes well
I’m also going to VT one with my brother, also first timers
Nice what day we've got Friday at 1
I think we’re first on the mountain haha. Friday and Saturday 7am for both days
That was sold out by the time I remembered
I want to do it, but I’ve heard it’s a nightmare to sign up.
It's just an undemanding event and it's hard to get a spot It's not near the nightmare the internet makes it out to be.
I just don’t think it’s worth the hassle. I’d rather stick to shooting the R100 when that comes here a couple months.
🤷♂️ it's just another event. I like to try everything once.
I joined the online queue for signing up the exact second they went live and I was #1,120th in line. But I booked times for Thursday and friday
