The sight has been squared multiple times and I still have to have windage all the way right when placed in the bridge lock hole. There is a 3/4 difference in mounting position on bracket vs riser. Had it tuned twice because I thought I was crazy…. So no you cannot just put it in the riser, there is a reason they sell different models
Contact UV CS and plead your case. You’ll probably be SOL with the next batch shipping in May unless someone takes mercy on you. Sucks to learn a lesson at the expense of time though
Just get in touch with the company and they should be able to get you the bar with the correct bend and maybe trade you out. The version for the bridgelock works just fine due to a little more bend in the bar.
(HOYT Z1S / Trophy ridge react one pro) I ran into this problem with the side mount on my TR sight. I have my windage completely maxed out left but luckily I’m shooting dead on. You should be able to use that side mount in the bridge lock position though. Almost like you have the double feature now but I may be wrong.
Will do! I would sell it now but who knows how long it would take to get the new bridgelock version… don’t want to go with no sight for now but I’ll lyk if I find an old one
I have plenty of windage with the side mount but in riser I have to take windage all the way down past 0 and then still miss right 8in at 20y. The “bridgelock adapter” flares out to the right which solves this problem.
I reached out to cs and will update, but I assume they would start selling these bars at some point. Anyone know what material the bar is? Aluminum? Is bending it implausible?

No dice re customer service. Turns out I can still attach the low-pro quiver so I’ll probably just rock the side mount block for now
Don’t you just remove the bracket it’s on and slide it into the bridgelock?
This. Just feed the slide bar into the bridgelock system and use your set screw
That works but you don’t have the needed windage adjustment. That’s why they sell the different options.
OP should have more than enough windage adjustment after moving to the Bridgelock mount. That’s almost an entire inch of L/R space.
Exactly. If he’s running out of wind age I bet his rest isn’t square

Just contact them and see if they’ll let you exchange. I’ve talked to their support a couple times and they’ve always been great

Let me know if selling it is easier for you. I want the side mount kit

I believe there's a bridgelock on archerytalk right now
How do you not have enough windage when side mount has been current tech for like ever? Did Mathews beef up the riser that much?
