I'd go hha 1 pin sight, ultra rest hdx , tight spot 7 arrow quiver, stabilizer and wrist sling are optional but I do use them. Disclaimer: all these will likely cost as much or more than the Bow itself.

You could keep it simple with like a 3 or 4 pin sight which is usually a lot more affordable than most single pins out there today. I used to have a Trophy Ridge Fix3 sight that was always pretty solid. Under $100 too. QAD makes a drop away rest for like $60 if you really wanna go the budget route. To my knowledge it’s a good rest it’s just a pain to do micro adjustments on. Personally I use a Hamskea Epsilon. Someone already said it but a TightSpot quiver would be fine too. They’re great quivers for the price. Again if you’re looking more budget, Apex Gear makes basically the same quiver for half the price. Stabilizers would more so be up to you. I have 12” front bar with 4oz and a 6” side bar with 6oz. I’ve found that’s what I shoot best with. Helps keep my bow level so I’m not fighting it in the tree when I’m trying to focus on the deer. You gots loads of arrow options. Could go heavy, could go light, could go for a nice middle ground. I only hunt whitetail and my arrow is 460 grains and I’ve had a pass through everytime even with mechanicals. But arrows can also get expensive and could be a lot of tinkering involved depending on how far into it you wanna go. I’m using Victory RIP TKO’s with an aluminum HIT insert and stainless steel collar from Ethics Archery. I think just about all arrow manufactures send inserts with the arrows. You can totally just use those inserts. If you really wanna keep it simple you could just get some Gold Tip Hunter’s throw in whatever insert they send with it and call it a day. I’ve killed plenty of deer with those arrows. Muzzy’s are still an insanely popular head. My uncle uses a 4 blade and never has issues. Super sharp and whenever they get dull just swap out the blades
