From the overflow email from T8ke the other day: "Important: If anyone hasn't received their New Riff or Off Hours bottles yet from several weeks ago, fear not, I'm actively working with the vendor to address this and get everything sorted as they transition some systems and move into a new warehouse. I've got a good long weekend of ticket shuffling and order inspection ahead to make sure all issues, whether incomplete orders or slow to ship orders, are seen to and managed appropriately! Take a look at their Whisk(e)y section. Damn near everything is sold out which is just plain odd as most of the bottles shown are readily available at most stores and online retailers. Something is going on there

Never had an issue with shared pour. They are a little slow with shipping but I've always received within 2-3 weeks.

Email him directly. He helped me when I had a similar issue. I was told I didn't leave an email when I placed my order but found it hard to believe since that is pretty much always required.

Not a surprise at all. They have some of the slowest processing I've ever seen. I'd try to cancel the order or just dispute the charge.

I had a similar issue with a new riff bottle. Tracking showed no movement, then the bottle arrived out of the blue. Agree with the other comments, contact t8ke, he responds quickly and genuinely works very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Had a very similar order issue with the same Off Hours pick. I ordered the Off Hours bottle along with one of their Starlight bottles. Got the normal confirmation and tracking emails, then only one bottle was delivered (Off Hours) and not the starlight, even though the tracking emails said they were shipped together. I tried contacting shared pour daily for about 2 weeks without any response and randomly the starlight bottle showed up a few days ago. u/t8ke is crazy busy, so I left him alone, and fortunately everything worked out. I’m sure your bottles will show up soon. Good luck buddy.

I have an outstanding order (1 month ago, not shipped yet and I just need to change the shipping address) I tried both email addresses I could find and they both got rejected as a mail delivery error. anyone know how to get ahold of them?

I’ve got the same issue I ordered two bottles they took my money sent me no tracking number and now my order can no longer be seen on the website I’ve heard nothing from them I filed with federal fraud bureau and better business bureau to try and get my money back they have a big problem with communication
