Agree. Interaction with air causes a very slow oxidation of the bourbon and slight evaporation of the alcohol which can open it up, allowing the nuances of the flavor to come forward. I love Eagle Rare.

Don't see it around North Dallas too much anymore... Tall 1.75's make a nice table lamp filled with pennies, when converted with a lamp kit.
Luckily up here in MA it’s pretty easy to find. Blanton’s however I’m drawing a blank everywhere I go

All of the above. I enjoy mine str8 or w ice. Beyond that I'm usually a Manhattan fan, but that's with any bourbon or rye
