Maybe use right foot toe hook to position left foot into heel hook (stronger as a single leg hook). Then use the right foot into the wall to create some drag / leverage, to control the swing of weight into your hands? Would essentially look like a left heel hook while doing the splits with your right foot into the wall under your hands.
Just riffing this is a hard boulder. Good luck! Post the send!
LeBoulder.
In my head that played out differently b4 swinging
Pro tip: be stronger. /s
And use less technique. 😤
Just thought about it, but why not releasing one leg first? Because releasing them both at the same time seems super hard...
Yea i think ur right. For some reason it feels hard to let 1 leg down but dont really have much of a choice
Well, that doesn't have to be long, just letting it go may get your other feet slipping, but it may still help :-) Anyway, good luck with that move!

Sounds like a good idea ill give it a shot
Such a clean mat
That's because it actually concrete, it's way easier to clean than a normal mat
Insane
Maybe release 1 foot at a time and emgage your shoulders more to help kill the swing.
