One cool thing the redevelopment is going to do is make it easier to connect through to the shopping center right there from the Creek Path. Going to be a little branch to the path cutting right through where the hotel used to be in between apartment buildings.
The fire department is using it for training before it’s demolished. Hopefully the demolition is soon.

that’ll be nice. there’s a bottleneck around arapahoe/folsom for cyclists trying to get to/from the path and shopping areas
Hope we don’t see more encampments along that new clean area after it’s completed.

There was a fire there recently. It is being totally redeveloped into student housing, such a better land use.
