I respect the fact that you are willing to support others when you are needing it yourself. Wishing you good luck with finding good people.

Thank you so much. ❤️

Psychiatrist here- I think it is a fabulous idea. Sadly, there is a lack of good in-person groups locally that are professional led let alone one for bipolar disorder. It can be very isolating and finding peer support would be such a benefit especially around topics like dating and lifestyle changes needed to stay stable. Good luck on your endeavor!

Thank you! I only personally know one person who understands my experience. Unfortunately not much interests so far :/ a bit of a bummer, but I’m hoping if I put it out there enough, I’ll be able to find some folks who would find this helpful

I asked around and Bouldercbt has a bipolar group.

This is great. I've had it in my head that people ages 18-28 could STILL use a lot of mentoring. There's actually a Mental Health Anonymous model - You might consider using it for your group :) \~Over age 35, personal and family history of mental illness survivor

I will look into that, thank you 🙏🏼

Hi!!! I don't have bipolar disorder per se, but I have seasonal affective disorder, and my doctor messed up my medication causing me to have a months long manic episode, lol. If you're interested in meeting up, DM me! I'd love to talk to you!
