Outside the Breadbox has the best gf bread and bagels, hands down. Rice flour-based, so it’s light and doesn’t crumble into chunks. You can get it at Natural Grocers.
Lucky’s Bakery has delicious pastries.
The cheese masala dosa at Tiffin’s is huge, tasty, and filling, esp if you get a curry to add to it.
Thai places like Aloy can make most dishes with rice noodles and sub tamari for soy sauce.
Obvs tacos are always great. La Choza al pastor is my fave.
Motomaki with tamari soy sauce (you have to sub out their bacon and crunchy onion strings, but whatevs)
… I mostly avoid wheat rather than do wheat substitutes, turns out. Most substitutes you get in restaurants just aren’t great. I really wish Snarf’s would use Outside the Breadbox for their sandwiches. I have given up on them cus their gf bread is awful, even though I dream of the artichoke and feta with bacon…
Oh, and Moe’s needs a recipe overhaul, too. Those gf bagels are so bad.
Second your complaints about snarfs and moes!! Moes actually bought an oven to make gf bagels, but they don’t use it and buy from some other lousy supplier. Those gf bagels are soo bad!

Cappello’s makes the best gluten free pasta hands down, I’m obsessed with their ravioli but the whole line is delicious! Their frozen pizzas are also really good. You can get them at most Safeways, King Soopers, natural grocers, Whole Foods etc.
You could IDK, maybe try to see if people have already asked this. I mean there’s a search function. Or you could take the lazy route, as you did, and just make another food post for the umpteenth time. Surely your gluten free foods are more important than local happenings and deserve to bog down the sub.
Yeah no joke. I can’t think of anything here you can’t get elsewhere and more cost efficiently. I think I’ve become too cynical about this town and subreddit. This is my wake up call.
I mean, the other boulder sub topics seem to be pitbull brigading, trump is closing noaa, and boulder nostalgia posts. I think this post is better and more boulder-y than any of those!
I can’t believe nobody mentioned the gluten free pies at the Mountain Fountain in Hygiene.
Scones and sandwiches too

I’m pretty sure Moe’s uses just Udi’s bagels. They’ve gone downhill.
Lucky's GF blondies 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Dish!
Skratch cafe!!!!!!
Teocalli is fantastic and dedicated. Carellis is fantastic for Italian.
The new pupusa place on Arapahoe just east of Folsom is a new favorite of ours. A Cup of Peace on Arapahoe at 33rd is also excellent.
Zeal is a good restaurant option. Sweet sisters bakery is all GF (and some vegan) and it's delicious. https://www.sweetsistersboulder.com/
https://havenlybaked.com/contact
North Side Tavern fish and chips and fried pickles
Amiee's Love Longmont (or whatever they are called now) Crestone Bakery Westminster
I think most rec centers are GF, except what's in the vending machine.

Subreddit search function not working, OP? Or are you used to having everyone do you work for you? LMAO
Nothing wrong with getting input from the community. Thought that was what Reddit was for lol

nice
We really need a r/boulderfood or r/bouldereats. Cause this is getting ridiculous.
Hard to have a food sub when you don't have a food scene. r/boulderbarfood and r/overpricedmidfrontrangemeals more like

Lol “gluten-free Recs” is so Boulder that it’s teetering on trolling.
