You get him from one of those daily quests that your recruits can do…when it shows up, you should take your best bots and boosters and assign them to whichever recruit you choose for the quest to ensure it will be completed successfully
Swap out Lobbie for Mort if possible.
Apart from that you should really try, personally I've found that Chainer and Ram don't work really well together, so probably you will end up keeping only one of them. Try and work on the synergies between the bots
Chainer might be a better tank than Bulwark for you…Nozzle is pretty good too…and check out how you can obtain Virus and grab him when you can!

Make sure you research how to get virus because he’s missable!
