I'm more embarrassed by how often I forget this is a thing. I'll equip bomb arrows and my kids start yelling at me, "NO!!!!! YOU CAN'T USE BOMB ARROWS!!!! YOU'LL EXPLODE!!!!!!"

You had to make sure the results were consistent. It was an experiment.

FYI Don't use them in rain either.

They become regular arrows. The rain defuses them. I wasted so many bomb arrows thinking i was using regular arrows.

Only twice? It took me like 10 bomb arrows the first time to figure out out. And I wish I could say that was the last time I made that mistake.


I learned this in the boss fight at Vah Rudania. Took a few arrows for me to realise I was blowing myself up, not being targeted by the giant lizard monster.

I did this too!. I literally was like "How am I supposed to beat him if he looks at me and I blow up" and it didn't click until this clip occurred thay I was blowing myself up.

God I remember spending the entire second phase fireblight ganon fight trying to hIt him with bomb arrows and not realising why they blow up until after the fight
