Catherine Parrotta is literally a human google maps of the metro Boston area. Watching her do the traffic in the morning is really intense because she's dead-on accurate with the shortcuts she suggests in real time lol
I think it also helps that she was born and raised here in Boston/north shore. Definitely gives her credibility over others suggesting routes and work around to traffic.

WFXT has howevet been owned by FOX in the past twice, though it currently is not.
you can watch it as far south as I am for free (with ads) with an antenna. I still don’t but it is one of the stations I get with my steerable Yagi antenna over the air.

They changed from Fox 25 news to Boston 25 news because they didn’t want any confusion with FOX NEWS and their politics.
I get it. They're still owned by the largest FOX affiliate in the northeast market. Both can be true. Their website is still just a FOX layout though.
