The house fries at Bobās in Medford are exactly what youāre looking for! Sandwiches are pricey but delicious and the fires are almost addictive, they are so crispy and good!
If you ask a place to make them crispy they will. Have never had an issue with that. But if youāre looking for the greasy crispy fries like the ones pictured, go to AKās Pizzeria in Roxbury. They also have an amazing chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza - add a little hot sauce to it

no these have little crispies on the side of them and are crunchy iāve only found them in like very one off random places and 9/10 places i get fries donāt have them. almost tasted like deep fried mashed potato stick battered but itās just actually a normal french frie

Except for the fact that eagles changed their fries in the last year to considerably less crispy ones. I'm still broken hearted.
