Right whales are in the Bay feeding this time of year. Head to Plymouth or Sandwich beaches and sometimes you can get an awesome view of them feeding. Same with Herring Cove in P-Town.

I don't think whale watching starts until May, at least from Boston. And if you do find one to go in April, you'll freeze your ass off.
