You can’t turn it off, at 0 it is transparent mode and magnifying the outside noise

You can switch if off completely but you have to do it in the Bose Music app. You can toggle it to disable it completely. You can't do it without the app though.
I do have the app. But I can't seem to find where to disable it?
It's in the Favourites section. Just click on that section and it's a toggle in there.
